Providing healthcare professionals with the latest congress data and information to help them deliver the best fertility care to their patients.

The ask

Our client was looking to harness the ESHRE 2019 congress to drive customer engagement and demonstrate their thought leadership in the field of fertility. We helped deliver a range of successful commercial and medical tactics across a multitude of channels.

The solution

We facilitated a strategy workshop to help prioritise key tactics based on the client’s strategic objectives. 12 tactics were prioritised and implemented for the event, including a conference app, live symposia content, social media campaign, medical content for the professional portal, live webinars and booth materials.

We helped to create and approve content for the client’s symposium, also working closely with multiple agencies to help live stream the event to HCPs around the world.

We helped deliver a congress app which was used by both customers and booth crew. Users were able to plan sessions, create connections and download content.

We also developed a series of social media posts shared before and during the congress. Key client stakeholders and external experts were filmed live at the congress, with videos edited and approved on site to deliver in-the-moment reactive content.
