Facilitating the translation of research into practice so many more innovative fertility treatments can reach the bedside.
The ask
Our client was looking to build an online open innovation platform. The platform should raise awareness, provide information, drive and manage applications to a programme that supports development of innovations in fertility, in a streamlined way. The platform should also enable communication between different participants within a virtual ecosystem.
The solution
We collaborated with the Global Medical Team to develop an automated application web portal. We used insights to evolve the platform including adding application and performance tracking dashboards. With medCrowd, our instant messenger for health and care, we created a virtual network of collaboration. We also developed and shared fertility-related news articles within the portal. We launched the programme using a multi-channel communication campaign combining social media, email, web and F2F.
The benefit
The portal enabled a seamless application and review process, as well as an efficient compliant communications approach. The programme received a higher than expected number of applications and strong positive feedback from the Global Medical Directors.
