The healthcare challenge

Educating healthcare professionals on how to deliver effective flu and travel vaccination campaigns to help increase vaccine uptake and keep people protected from preventable infectious diseases.

The ask

Our client was looking to develop a series of promotional educational webinars to share best practice on flu and travel vaccination with healthcare professionals to help improve vaccination rates.

The solution

We supported our client to develop a series of regular webinars throughout the year. We helped raise awareness of each webinar through mass email campaigns, creating the content and HTML for each email. We helped develop the final presentation decks for the webinars, working with the KEEs to involve interactivity in the sessions. We then supported in managing the approvals for each presentation deck, uploading and anchoring the content in Veeva Promomats.

Following each webinar, we used recordings to develop on-demand content for HCPs to rewatch the whole webinar or revisit key information at a time that suited their schedules.
